Product Pricing
We believe we offer the best value. Our prices are regularly
checked and our competitors' pricing monitored to ensure
that we are always competitive. This is why you may notice
price fluctuations from time to time. Market forces also
govern our pricing and we reserve the right at all times to
change our prices without notice. Please be aware however
that the price quoted on your order confirmation is always
the price that you will pay.

applicable.

Delivery within the United Kingdom
Royal Mail 1st Class - Delivery usually within 1 to 2 days.
However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting
us if your order has not arrived.
International orders take 5 to 7 days depending on the
country.
If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch
your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you
of this.
Shipping Costs
Delivery starts from £1 (€1.10) per order. All orders
are delivered in plain discreet packaging.

appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate
a secure SSL connection has been made.
Cookies
Like most, our web site uses cookies to keep track of the
items you choose to buy. The term "cookies" is used to
describe a very simple technology in which our web site
effectively just asks your web browser to "remember" the
items you want to buy (your shopping basket contents) until
you reach the checkout. Our cookies are temporary and will
expire once you close your web browser.
If you would prefer not to use cookies you can disable them
from within your web browser.
The shopping basket system will continue to work on most
platforms but if you encounter problems, (e.g. items not
appearing in your shopping basket) you will have to
re-enable cookies within your browser if you wish to
continue.
Guarantee / Right to Cancel
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the
products you have ordered. As a result, we offer you a 60
days full refund of the price you have paid for the products
(minus handling and processing costs (£5 per order). Should
our products or services not live up to your expectations
then please contact us.
If your products have been damaged in transit please retain
the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much
information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be
replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be
given.
You must e-mail us to obtain
a returns number and return instructions before sending any
items back.
We endeavour to process and respond to returns within 5
